I'll overwhelm 'credible combatant' Paul - Anthony Joshua
Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout contest which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former twice unified heavyweight champion Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to injure his face and break his body up. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically recognized for his theatrics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead criticized ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.

However, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's biggest financial successes, frequently receiving huge earnings.

The 28-year-old anticipated a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would derail the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
